General Information

The information provided on The Cookout Menus is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the content, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on this site. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Affiliations

The Cookout Menus is an independent informational site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cook Out. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

• We use the Cook Out name and menu item names only to describe the food and the restaurant.
• We keep Cook Out logos out of the pictures we make for this site.
• We cannot take orders, handle refunds or answer questions about a store visit. For those, contact Cook Out or your local store.

Menu Prices and Items

Cook Out sets its own prices, and they are not the same at every store. The prices on this site are a guide to help you plan your order.

• Prices can be different at your local store and can change without notice.
• Sales tax depends on your state and may not be shown in our prices.
• Some items, flavors and limited-time offers are not sold at every store.
• Always check the menu board or receipt at your store for the final price.

Nutrition and Allergens

Calorie, nutrition and allergen details on this site are for general guidance only. Recipes, portion sizes and suppliers can change, and food is made in shared kitchens.

• Numbers on this site may not match what you are served on a given day.
• If you have a food allergy or a special diet, ask the staff at your store before you order.
• Vegan and allergen pages show what we found, not a promise that an item is free from any ingredient.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The content on this website is not intended to replace professional advice. For specific concerns or questions, we recommend consulting with appropriate professionals or official sources.

This includes questions about your health, your diet or a medical condition. Speak with a doctor or a registered dietitian for advice about your own needs.

Tools on This Website

The calorie calculator, the tray builder and other tools on this site give estimates. They add up the numbers we have for each item, so your real total can be a little different.

Hours, Locations and Delivery

• Store hours can change on holidays, in bad weather or when a store is short of staff. Call your local store if you need to be sure.
• New stores open and old stores close. A store on our list may have moved or closed.
• Cook Out does not run its own delivery. Delivery apps are run by other companies, and their prices, fees and areas are set by them.

Jobs Information

The Cookout careers page shares job information to help job seekers. We do not hire for Cook Out, and we do not collect job applications.

• Job counts are a snapshot from a set date and change every day.
• Pay and rating figures come from public job listings and worker reviews, and can be different at your store.
• Apply only through Cook Out directly, either online or at a store. Never pay anyone to apply for a job.

Advertising

This website shows ads through Google AdSense to cover its running costs. We do not choose the individual ads you see.

• An ad on this site does not mean we or Cook Out recommend that product or company.
• We never ask for payment details through an ad or a page on this site.
• You can read how Google uses information from sites that show its ads on Google’s Privacy and Terms site, and how this site handles cookies in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by us. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external sites.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Cookout Menus be liable for any losses or damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential losses or damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
